About me

Systemic coaching for greater clarity and inner strength

What does systemic mean?

“Systemic” means looking at people within their social environment: their family, relationships, work, and friendships. Challenges rarely arise in isolation. That is why systemic coaching takes the whole context into account and opens up new perspectives on the issues that concern you.
Through targeted questions and methods, unconscious patterns become visible, existing resources become accessible, and new ways of responding emerge.
We already carry the answers within us, we simply need someone to support us in rediscovering them.

You do not have to carry your challenges alone. In coaching, you will find a safe space where your concerns are welcome.

Hi, I am Raluca

I come from a finance background and bring 14 years of professional experience in various finance departments of a multinational company, as well as in an international working environment. This experience helps me understand the reality of many people who work under high pressure, carry responsibility, and navigate complex or international environments. I bring this perspective into my coaching work today.
My own journey into systemic coaching began with the experience of feeling stuck and falling into the same patterns again and again. With compassion and curiosity , I began my journey of discovery, bringing the unconscious into awareness. This step, together with my self-exploration through somatic practices (bodywork), led me to the course „Compassionate Inquiry® Facilitated Short Course“, in which I completed 60+ hours of Compassionate Inquiry®, a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. My understanding continued to deepen: why patterns repeat under certain circumstances, why the inner critic can sometimes be so loud, and which bodily reactions and emotions are present in similar situations.

The next step was my training as a systemic coach (InKonstellation) - a personal journey through which I gained knowledge, methods, techniques, and resources.

I would like to share the insights from my personal journey, along with the knowledge I have acquired, with you and accompany you on your path.
I support you in recognizing entrenched patterns and opening up new possibilities for action.

Change begins where we find the courage to shift our perspective.

Values that guide my coaching

Some paths become easier when we do not walk them alone.

I believe in the power of compassion, active listening, and appreciation. Every client carries the answer within them, which we discover and activate together. Confidentiality and respectful interaction are particularly important to me.

I also place great value on humanity and connection. Everyone deserves a safe space where they feel heard and seen. True change requires trust and the feeling of being seen in one’s entirety.

My ethical principles are based on integrity, trust, and a clear focus on my clients’ needs in order to create a safe coaching environment.

Confidentiality, compassion, and appreciation are at the heart of my work.
