I am Raluca, a systemic coach. With 14 years of experience in an international company, I understand the pressure of carrying responsibility, meeting high expectations, and finding your way through professional change.
My training as a systemic coach at an institute recognized and certified by dvct, ECA, DCV* and BDVT, as well as the 60+ hours in Compassionate Inquiry®, form the professional foundation of my work.
